COMMON NAMES: Bent-winged bats, Long-fingered bats
DIMENSIONS: Body mass 6-20 g, head & body 40-78 mm, tail 40-67 mm,
forearm 37-55 mm, wing span 25-40 cm.
DISTRIBUTION: Tropical and subtropical regions of the Old World,
from Mediterranean, southern part of Eastern Europe, Central Asia
and Far East to South Africa and Australia.
One or two species occur in Russia and neighbouring countries:
