Arkady Anatolyevich Schileyko
Research Fellow, Ph.D. in Biology, Curator of the Chilopod (Chilopoda), Diplopod (Diplopoda), and Onychophoran (Onychophora) Collections.
Member of the International Society for Myriapodology. Participant and organizer of expeditions to the Dolomites (Italy), Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, the Caucasus, Northern Kazakhstan, the Urals, Karelia, and the Kola Peninsula.
Research interests: systematics, phylogeny, and zoogeography of chilopods (primarily orders Scolopendromorpha and Geophilomorpha); faunal studies of Scolopendromorpha in the Neotropics and Southeast Asia; phylogenetic relationships of genera within Scolopendromorpha; morpho-functional analysis of taxonomically important characters of scolopendrids and geophilomorphs.
